Este Plano Nacional estabelece ações para efetivar as diretrizes da Política
Judiciária de Resolução Adequada das Demandas de Assistência à Saúde, instituída pela
Resolução CNJ nº 530/2023, a serem executadas no prazo de 6 (seis) anos, a contar de janeiro de 2024, que deve alcançar os seguintes objetivos:

4. Disponibilizar ambiente virtual específico que reúna informações sobre políticas de saúde, lista Rename, legislação etc. Avaliação de estudos clínicos randomizados e relatórios de análise crítica - RACs (produção da ANS).

d) criar mecanismos nos Comitês Estaduais e Nacional de diálogo com os órgãos públicos competentes para solução dos litígios sobre temas recorrentes;
e) criar banco de dados sobre a judicialização de saúde, apontado quantidade de ações, tipo de pedidos, mediante aprimoramento da tabela de processos;

a) estimular a adoção de métodos consensuais de solução de conflitos em demandas que versem sobre o direito à saúde mediante utilização dos Cejuscs e dos Centros de Inteligência da Justiça Federal, de plataformas eletrônicas (consumidor.gov.br, por exemplo) e outros arranjos interinstitucionais de mediação sanitária já existentes (ex: Câmara de Resolução de Litígios de Saúde - CRLS/RJ; SUS Mediado - RN; Câmara de Mediação em Saúde - CAMEDIS/DF; entre outros);
b) elaborar projeto piloto para organizar fluxo de elaboração pré-processual de notas técnicas pelos Natjus a partir de demandas de advogados(as) e membros das Defensorias Públicas, observada a necessária instrução de eventual petição inicial com a nota técnica elaborada no caso de a parte interessada decidir protocolar ação judicial;

Ações do Comitê Executivo Nacional do Fonajus
Este Plano Nacional estabelece ações para efetivar as diretrizes da Política
Judiciária de Resolução Adequada das Demandas de Assistência à Saúde, instituída pela
Resolução CNJ nº 530/2023, a serem executadas no prazo de 6 (seis) anos, a contar de janeiro de 2024, que deve alcançar os seguintes objetivos:

4. Disponibilizar ambiente virtual específico que reúna informações sobre políticas de saúde, lista Rename, legislação etc. Avaliação de estudos clínicos randomizados e relatórios de análise crítica - RACs (produção da ANS).

c) instituição adequada de gestão dos dados;
d) criar mecanismos nos Comitês Estaduais e Nacional de diálogo com os órgãos públicos competentes para solução dos litígios sobre temas recorrentes;
e) criar banco de dados sobre a judicialização de saúde, apontado quantidade de ações, tipo de pedidos, mediante aprimoramento da tabela de processos;

a) estimular a adoção de métodos consensuais de solução de conflitos em demandas que versem sobre o direito à saúde mediante utilização dos Cejuscs e dos Centros de Inteligência da Justiça Federal, de plataformas eletrônicas (consumidor.gov.br, por exemplo) e outros arranjos interinstitucionais de mediação sanitária já existentes (ex: Câmara de Resolução de Litígios de Saúde - CRLS/RJ; SUS Mediado - RN; Câmara de Mediação em Saúde - CAMEDIS/DF; entre outros);
b) elaborar projeto piloto para organizar fluxo de elaboração pré-processual de notas técnicas pelos Natjus a partir de demandas de advogados(as) e membros das Defensorias Públicas, observada a necessária instrução de eventual petição inicial com a nota técnica elaborada no caso de a parte interessada decidir protocolar ação judicial;
